Sigrist Exit Seal®
Create a weather-tight pipe or line seal for roof penetrations without the use of sealants or caulking. Won’t rust or corrode or conduct heat and cold like metal does. Our Exit Seals are injection molded from ABS resin that is both impact and UV resistant. The gaskets we use are made from long lasting EPDM rubber.
With close to 20,000 Sigrist Exit Seals® installed from coast to coast without a single failure or warranty return we confidently stand behind our limited lifetime warranty.
Sigrist Exit Seals® are manufactured in the United States using state of the art, computer aided injection molding systems. All parts are hand inspected three times before leaving our facilities; right out of the mold (hot), during assembly and at the time of filling each order fulfillment. We understand the critical nature of having the right parts on site during installation.

Since 2006, Sigrist Exit Seals™ are the absolute best weather tight penetration seal compared to all other methods. Our Exit Seals are injection molded in the USA using ultra-high impact resistant ABS resin (not plastic). Our high performance EPDM gaskets will easily last the life of the Exit Seal. We use water jet technology to precisely cut each gasket guaranteeing a consistent weather tight pathway seal. The resins we use to mold our parts are a proprietary, ultra-high impact, UV inhibited ABS material. Our seals remain resistant to oxidation throughout their entire life cycle. We are quickly approaching 20,000 installed Sigrist Exit Seals™ without a single warranty request.
SIGRIST EXIT SEALS – MULTIPLE SIZES
There are 11 cap pathway sizes to accommodate lines, pipes and conduits from .1/4” diameter OD up to 1.5/8” diameter OD and if a Exit Seal needs to be capped for future expansion we have a full cap too.
